Every perfume is a symphony of notes that unfolds over time. Understanding this structure helps you appreciate the depth and complexity of your favorite fragrance.

Top Notes

The initial impression. Light and fresh, they are the first scents you smell, but they evaporate quickly. Think citrus, herbs, and light florals.

Middle Notes

The heart of the fragrance. They emerge after the top notes fade and form the main character of the scent. Often floral, spicy, or green.

Base Notes

The foundation of the perfume. These deep, rich scents appear last and provide a lasting impression. Common notes include musk, vanilla, and woods.
