📦 Return & Exchange Policy

At Modespk, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. We offer a 3-Days Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

⏱️ The 3-Day Window

You have exactly 3 days from the day your package is delivered to initiate an exchange or return request. Unfortunately, if 3 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

* The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

* All original tags, labels, and packaging are fully intact.

* You have the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

⚠️ Note: Items damaged due to customer mishandling, or those showing signs of wear and tear, will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

🔄 How to Initiate a Request

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp at 0314-8640473 within 3 days of delivery.

2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID, pictures of the product, and the reason for the exchange/refund.

3. Dispatch the Package: Once our team approves your request, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse. (Please note: Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer unless the item sent was damaged or incorrect).

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 working days.

* Payment Method: Refunds are typically issued via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
